What we can help you with:

When you need health care and you can't see your personal doctor, we can help you. You can trust Family First  for minor emergencies or illnesses.

Because continuity of care is important to your health, our philosophy at Family First is to help you treat your initial problem, then have you return to your primary care physician for follow up care until your problem is resolved. Your relationship with your primary care physician is critical to your well being. We believe in co-operating with our community physicians simply because it's in your best interest. With your permission, we will send your primary care physician an electronic copy of your Family First encounter record within 48 hours of your visit to us. Additionally, if you need to find a primary care physician, we will provide you with a resource list of area physicians that are accepting new patients.

We can treat adults, children and infants for both medical problems and minor injuries. Examples of injuries we can treat for you include: cuts or wounds, tetanus shots, joint and extremity injuries, minor eye injuries, boils, ear wax care, or removal of foreign bodies. Examples of medical problems we can treat for you include sore throat, earache, pink eye, sinus irritation, fever, cough, breathing treatments for minor wheezing attacks, vomiting, diarrhea, bladder infections, mild dehydration, rashes, and seasonal flu shots.  When you have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately, just stop in-we're open every day but Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Please note that we do not open until 1:00 pm on Sundays so that our staff can worship and be with their families.
